Booking an initial free 5-10 min consultation

During your free 5-10 min consultation we would have the opportunity to think together about how we can work together with your concerns.

If you’re unsure about whether therapy is right for you or wanted to ask me any questions about how my approach to therapy may help, then I would be more than happy to arrange a free 5-10 minute initial phone consultation.

Normally this gives you a chance to have a chat with me about what you want to get out of therapy and also gives you some sense about whether I feel like the right fit for you.

There is no obligation to book in any further sessions after this but will give you a chance to see if I may be able to help you at this time.

If you would like to book in a free 5-10 minute telephone consultation then please email or phone. We can sort out a time that is convenient for you to discuss your needs. Please visit my contact page for further details.

All methods of contact are confidential and aim to be answered on the same day or by the next working day.
